**Reports To**: Senior Architect / Project Manager / Director

**Job Summary**:
The Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves creating architectural designs, preparing drawings and specifications, and collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget.
- Develop concept designs, detailed architectural plans, and 3D models.
- Prepare and present design proposals using CAD software and manual drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers and other consultants.
- Monitor project progress, from design through construction, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess project development and address design issues.
- Modify designs as needed based on feedback or site conditions.
- Stay updated with the latest architecture trends, materials, and technologies.
- Assist in project cost estimation and feasibility studies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Valid architect license/registration (as per local regulations).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong creative, technical, and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
