Understanding of the design, client requirements and sole ownership of various projects of awarded Architectural and Interior projects
- Independent handling of projects, leading and driving towards successful completion of project
- Analyzing Architectural designs and plans
- Ensuring all designs meet industry standards, government regulations and norms followed in practices
- Researching and inquiring about different materials, meetings with vendors and sample procurement pertaining to awarded projects
- Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks
- Coordination with various consultants, vendors, authorities appointed by client, PMC s and Initiating leadership towards the project
- Understanding the clients’ requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project
- Creating instant sketch solutions and making alterations based on the feedback from the client
- Explaining design requirements and specifications to contractors/vendors and resolving queries
- Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients
- Developing designs by adhering to the specified budget, preparing BOQs and project schedule
- Undertaking regular site visits and inspections

**Minimum Qualification/Skilled Required**:

- Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Registered Universities
- Experience: 6+ years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or construction company
- Specific skills: Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry. Familiarity with design softwares like ACAD, Revit, 3D, Sketchup, Lumion, Vire, etc
- Personal characteristics: Highly creative and detail-oriented individual, Good communication skills, Strong project management and time management skills

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,150.31 - ₹65,160.25 per month
