Job Title: Architect

**Job Description**:
As an Architect, you are responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. Your role involves translating client needs and project objectives into architectural designs, managing the design process from concept development to construction documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects. Your duties include:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences for architectural projects. Discuss project requirements, budget constraints, site conditions, and regulatory considerations to develop a clear understanding of project parameters and expectations.
- Conceptual Design: Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and renderings to communicate design ideas, spatial layouts, and architectural concepts to clients and stakeholders. Explore multiple design options, materials, and configurations to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Design Development: Refine conceptual designs into detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and specifications. Integrate functional requirements, building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability principles into design solutions while addressing client feedback and preferences.
- Building Information Modeling (BIM): Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Autodesk Revit or ArchiCAD, to create digital models and virtual representations of architectural designs. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to coordinate building systems and resolve design conflicts.
- Construction Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction documents, drawings, and technical specifications for bidding and permitting purposes. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all phases of the design process, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Establish project schedules, budgets, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and consultants, to integrate architectural design with other disciplines and project requirements. Facilitate coordination meetings, design reviews, and interdisciplinary collaboration to resolve design issues and ensure project alignment.
- Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients throughout the design process, providing regular updates, presenting design proposals, and soliciting feedback to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Address client concerns, requests, and revisions in a timely and professional manner.
- Construction Administration: Provide support during the construction phase, including responding to requests for information (RFIs), reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and resolving design-related issues. Ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and contract specifications during construction.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to review architectural designs, drawings, and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Conduct peer reviews, design critiques, and quality checks to maintain design integrity and minimize errors.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture, sustainable design, and construction methodologies. Pursue continuing education, training, and professional certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
