Kenico Solutions is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in US Mortgage lead generation and customer support. We are looking for enthusiastic **Cold Calling Executives** to join our energetic team and play a key role in connecting with potential customers in the US market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US mortgage segment.
- Introduce company services and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style throughout calls.
- Record and update accurate information in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve calling strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine scripts and approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in cold calling/telemarketing/US process is an advantage, but freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
- Strong English communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Willingness to work in the night shift (US process).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Target-driven and motivated to earn incentives.
