**Job Opening: Sales Representative**

**Salary**: 25,000 - 35,000 per month + Commission & Bonuses

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience is a plus point but not required—training will be provided
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
