Objectives

The process associate is expected to process Loss Mitigation activities accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity. He/she will report to the Team Leader, who will be the first point of contact for any issues, questions, or concerns.

Qualification: (Process Associate)

Ø Graduate in any discipline

Ø 0-1 year of Experience in BPO, Transaction/ Data Processing background.

Skill Sets

Ø Good analytical skills, research knowledge and decision making.

Ø Knowledge of MS-office (Excel)

Ø Good written and spoken communication skills.

Ø Ability to work in shifts (preferably night)
