**Key Responsibilities**

**Safety Responsibilities**:

- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for workers and subcontractors.
- Identify unsafe conditions and practices and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Maintain safety records, incident logs, PPE issuance registers, and risk assessments.
- Ensure fire safety, scaffolding safety, and machinery/equipment safety at site.
- Coordinate during emergency drills and health/safety audits.
- Liaise with local safety officers, consultants, and labor inspectors as needed.

**Quality Responsibilities**:

- Monitor ongoing construction work for quality in materials, workmanship, and finishing.
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and IS codes.
- Conduct site inspections for RCC, brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, etc.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies for material testing and report validation.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, site inspection checklists, and daily quality logs.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely corrective actions.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Safety Management.
- 3-7 years of experience in construction safety and quality roles.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and applicable safety regulations.
- Certification in safety (like NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
