Quality Auditor

• Conduct routine and surprise audits across all Nalineekaku franchise stores.
• Evaluate store performance based on company standards — covering cleanliness, food quality, staff behavior, service speed, billing accuracy, and safety.
• Verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.
• Inspect stock levels, storage practices, and inventory records for accuracy and compliance.
• Review cash handling, billing systems, and daily sales reports for discrepancies.
• Check visual merchandising, display setup, and branding consistency.
• Interact with store managers and staff to understand challenges and provide guidance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, scores, and improvement suggestions.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance issues.
• Coordinate with the Head Office to share audit summaries and highlight key areas for improvement.
• Monitor training effectiveness and suggest retraining if standards are not met.
