RANK-Project and Development Pvt Ltd www rankprojects com Safety Officer - Alibag Maharashtra Job description Experience 10 years With 4 Years in handling Hospital projects Location Alibag Maharashtra Food Accommodation Travel will be provided Key Responsibilities Risk Assessment Mitigation Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies Ensure proper safety precautions are in place before work begins Compliance Regulatory Adherence Maintain knowledge of all safety regulations local and international applicable to the construction industry Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate with regulatory bodies during safety audits and inspections Safety Training Development Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors Organize toolbox talks and regular training sessions to promote safety awareness Maintain records of safety training and certifications for all personnel Incident Accident Investigation Investigate any safety-related incidents accidents and near-misses Prepare detailed reports analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence Report all incidents and accidents to the management and relevant authorities as required Documentation Reporting Keep accurate and up-to-date records of safety activities audits and incident reports Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to the management Ensure proper documentation of permits risk assessments and safety inspections Emergency Response Planning Assist in developing and updating emergency response and evacuation plans Conduct periodic drills to ensure the workforce is prepared for emergencies Coordinate with emergency response teams to ensure prompt action during emergencies Promote Safety Culture Foster a safety-conscious environment by engaging employees and contractors Implement safety incentive programs to encourage safe practices on-site Act as a point of contact for all safety-related issues and promote a proactive approach to safety Qualifications and Requirements Education Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health Safety Engineering or related field Certifications NEBOSH Certification or equivalent safety certifications Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in a safety role within Hospital Projects Skills Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards Excellent communication and training skills Ability to conduct detailed risk assessments Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interested kindly send your resume to 89255 61694 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 44 565 56 per month Benefits Food provided Application Question s Do you having any Valid Safety Certification How many years of experience you have in Civil Building Constructions Work Location In person
