**Job Title**: Telecalling and Sales Executive

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services and their benefits to customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales
- Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the team leader or manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
- Good communication skills in [mention language(s): e.g., Hindi, English]
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, etc.)
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
