**Job Overview**: The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Analyze and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create, curate, and manage content for digital platforms including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor, track, and report on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine digital marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
