Key Responsibilities:
3. Vacancy Management: Manage job postings, update job descriptions, and ensure timely closures of vacancies.

6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Any graduate degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or related fields).

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers welcome).

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

4. Language: Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken and written).
