**Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales for Sangeetha Studios, Smiles Child Development Center, and Cosderma Institute.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Manage budgets and optimize spending across all digital channels for maximum ROI.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and growth.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Brand Development**:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content that resonates with our target audiences.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in digital marketing.
- **Partnerships & Collaboration**:

- Build relationships with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in e-commerce marketing, particularly in fashion or retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance improvement.
- Passion for community engagement and social impact.
