**Responsibilities**:
1. **Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content.

2. **Manage Social Media Platforms**:

- Create and curate content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends to optimize performance.

3. **SEO and SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

4. **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop content strategies to promote properties and enhance brand awareness.
- Write, edit, and publish blog posts, articles, and other digital content.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

7. **Lead Generation**:

- Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
- Optimize landing pages and use A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

8. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors as needed.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

**Skill Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). CAnva
- Certification in digital marketing or related areas (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
