Personal Assistant to VP of Operations
Location: Yelahanka - Bangalore (Hybrid)
This role involves coordinating global operations, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day tasks that span from handling digital marketing schedules to supporting new program rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Coordination: Act as a point of contact between various internal teams (trainers, franchise owners) and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Scheduling & Administration: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and draft communications or reports.
Data & Reports: Prepare Excel reports, maintain spreadsheets, and handle data organization to ensure all operational information is up-to-date.
- Event & Program Support: Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and retreats, and help coordinate logistics and participant communications.
- Flexibility: While standard working hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., occasional flexibility for global coordination or weekend events may be needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory; a background in business or management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Excel, calendar management, and basic document creation (Word or Pages). Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn about AI tools and the field of hypnotherapy to better align with the institute’s evolving needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
