Job Role : The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant or Equivalent

Experience: 5-7 years’ experience

Job Location: Bhosari MIDC,Pune (Rakhoh Industries Pvt Ltd)

Responsibilities of the CFO include:
1. Accounting Statement Preparation: Finalising accounts, preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements as per accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Conducting monthly inter-company reconciliations.

2. MIS Reporting: Ensuring timely preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and group in line with policies. Establishing financial systems and controls to mitigate risks.

3. Budgeting: Developing revenue and capital budgets, implementing MIS for key decision-making, and ensuring alignment with business plans.

4. Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, taxation, GST, accounting standards, FEMA, and liaising with auditors for audits.

5. Financial Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks by implementing controls and strategies to manage risks effectively.

6. Adherence to Group Policies: Aligning finance processes and reporting with group requirements to ensure consistency across the organisation.

7. Liquidity Management: Managing cash flow, establishing treasury controls to maintain adequate liquidity.

8. Business Operations & Partnering: Collaborating with business functions from Order to Cash and Procure to Pay to resolve operational issues.

9. Commercial Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations based on business needs to optimize commercial agreements.

10. Payroll & Compliance: Managing payroll processes, ensuring timely disbursement, and compliance with payroll regulations.

11. Team Leadership: Leading a finance team, providing guidance for high performance and professional development.

12. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to laws impacting the company including statutory reporting, taxation, governance, and commercial laws.

13. Banking & Treasury: Managing fund allocation between term loans and working capital efficiently. Planning daily cash flows and investing surplus funds in line with organisational policies.

In summary, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company including accounting, budgeting, compliance management, risk mitigation, liquidity management, business operations partnering, commercial negotiations, payroll management, team leadership, legal compliance matters, banking activities including fund management and cash flow planning.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
