**Position Overview**:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the overall financial strategy and management of the company. This key executive role requires a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in finance, auditing, and banking documentation within the industrial sector. The CFO will play a crucial part in vendor payments management, client communication regarding payments, and overseeing financial operations to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Financial Leadership**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, goals, and forecasts to support company growth and stability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to interpret and communicate financial performance and steer decision-making.
- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial policies to ensure liquidity and profitability.
- **Auditing and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, auditing standards, and internal policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions to maintain regulatory standards.
- **Vendor and Client Payments**:

- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely payments and communications related to accounts payable.
- Direct client communication regarding payment processes, resolving issues related to invoices and collections.
- **Banking and Documentation**:

- Conduct bank visits for payment-related processes and conversion documents.
- Oversee documentation for banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the finance team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is required.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 18-20 years of overall experience in finance, auditing, and banking documentation within an industrial company, specifically in export-import operations.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in a CFO role, demonstrating strong leadership in financial management and strategic decision-making.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client and vendor relations professionally.
- Proven track record of managing vendor payments and banking relations effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
