- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and order follow-ups
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any order discrepancies or delays
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and coordinating with stores and accounts
- Support the procurement team in daily administrative and documentation tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems and prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
