**Data Management**: Maintain databases of clients, leads, and sales activities. Ensure that all information is accurate and up to date, including contact details, preferences, and interactions.
**Proposal Preparation**: Assist in creating and formatting proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients. This may involve gathering information, creating templates, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
**Communication Liaison**: Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments or external stakeholders. This involves relaying information, answering queries, and facilitating collaboration.
**Sales Support**: Provide assistance in preparing sales reports, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. This can help the team refine their strategies and prioritize efforts effectively.
**Customer Service**: Assist with handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This may involve providing information about services, addressing concerns, and following up on feedback.
**Documentation and Filing**: Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents. Ensure that all paperwork is filed properly and easily accessible when needed.
**Additional tasks**:Be flexible and ready to assist with any additional tasks or projects as needed. This could include anything from preparing promotional materials to coordinating special promotions or campaigns.
By managing these clerical duties and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Sales & Catering team, you'll play a crucial role in helping them achieve their sales goals and maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity
