Essential Functions and Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify and target potential clients through cold calling email campaigns and social media to develop a robust lead pipeline Engagement with Senior Stakeholders Conduct effective outreach to senior stakeholders in large enterprises nurturing relationships and positioning CRM solution Product Knowledge and Presentation Acquire in-depth knowledge of automation platform and present its value proposition convincingly Qualification and Handover Qualify leads based on criteria and collaborate with the sales team for seamless transition of qualified leads Market Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics providing insights for continuous improvement Reporting and Metrics Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on KPIs such as conversion rates and outreach effectiveness You ll excel if you possess Communication Skills Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills adapting communication styles for senior stakeholders Sales Acumen Showcase a proven track record in sales or business development with familiarity in sales methodologies and techniques Product Knowledge Previous experience in CRM is desirable coupled with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly Strategic Thinking Exhibit strategic thinking in identifying business growth opportunities and proactive problem-solving skills Team Collaboration Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams particularly with sales and marketing Job Type Full-time Pay 7 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
