Job Title Sales Backend Executive Female Company Haribalakrishna Automobiles Authorised Dealer of Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Location Tirunelveli Qualification Any Degree Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Sales Backend Executive to support our sales team in managing documentation customer coordination follow-ups and backend operations The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills good computer knowledge and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Key Responsibilities Sales Support Coordination Assist the sales team with backend operations and documentation Prepare and maintain sales quotations proforma invoices and delivery documents Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries follow-ups and product information Support the sales team in updating daily sales reports and CRM data Customer Handling Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries Schedule appointments maintain customer records and provide timely updates Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication Documentation Reporting Manage and organize all sales-related documents Prepare MIS reports and maintain sales records Coordinate with finance service and accounts departments for smooth sales processing Administrative Support Handle email correspondence and internal communication Assist in preparation of presentations reports and marketing materials Required Skills Qualifications Any degree B Com BBA BA BSc or equivalent preferred Good communication skills in English and local language Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in automobile sales backend or customer service is an advantage not mandatory Benefits Competitive salary Incentives based on performance Training and career growth opportunities Supportive work environment How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume to 9487700219 7200217492 Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
