Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Sales Backend Executive to support our sales team in managing documentation, customer coordination, follow-ups, and backend operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

Assist the sales team with backend operations and documentation.

Prepare and maintain sales quotations, proforma invoices, and delivery documents.

Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, follow-ups, and product information.

Support the sales team in updating daily sales reports and CRM data.

Customer Handling

Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

Schedule appointments, maintain customer records, and provide timely updates.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

Documentation & Reporting

Manage and organize all sales-related documents.

Prepare MIS reports and maintain sales records.

Coordinate with finance, service, and accounts departments for smooth sales processing.

Administrative Support

Handle email correspondence and internal communication.

Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc or equivalent preferred).

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in automobile sales backend or customer service is an advantage (not mandatory).
