**Position: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Industry)**
**Location: Andheri, Mumbai**
**Experience: 2 Years**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive in the freight forwarding and customs clearance industry. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive freight forwarding and customs clearance services.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the freight forwarding and customs clearance sector.
2. Identify and prospect potential clients in the international shipping and logistics industry, including importers, exporters, and businesses requiring customs clearance services.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to address their logistics requirements.
4. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote our freight forwarding and customs clearance services, showcasing the value proposition and competitive advantage of our offerings.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely and professional manner, addressing client inquiries and requirements.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
8. Provide regular sales reporting, forecasts, and market intelligence to contribute to the overall sales strategy and business planning.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of successful sales performance in the **freight forwarding, logistics, or customs clearance industry**, with a strong network of industry contacts and clients.
2. In-depth knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs clearance processes, shipping logistics, and supply chain management.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients, understand their business needs, and articulate value-added solutions.
4. Strong business acumen, market awareness, and proactive approach in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
5. Proficiency in using sales CRM software and sales management tools for pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
6. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver on sales objectives in a competitive and dynamic market environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
8. A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and a drive to continuously pursue professional and business growth.
