**Pioneer Academy and HR Consultants **are seeking a creative and motivated_ **Social Media Intern* **_to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple platforms to boost engagement, brand visibility, and community growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) to increase followers and drive brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, offering insights for improvement.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers.
- Assist in creating and running social media ads.
- Stay up-to-date with new social media tools, best practices, and industry news.

*Qualifications:*
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media, branding, and community engagement.
