We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and help amplify our digital presence. **Position Overview**: As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing by supporting our team in crafting engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, trends, content creation and building online communities. **Key Responsibilities**: Content Creation & Curation - Develop and curate engaging posts (graphics, videos, captions) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X). - Create visually appealing content, including text posts, images, videos, stories, and reels. Social Media Strategy & Execution - Assist in the development and execution of platform-specific social media strategies. - Schedule and publish content using tools in alignment with the content calendar. Community Management - Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to foster engagement. - Conduct social media listening to identify audience insights, trends, and competitor activity. Analytics & Reporting - Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions) using Meta Analytics and native platform insights. - Prepare monthly/weekly reports to evaluate campaign success and recommend improvements. Campaign Execution & Support - Support social media campaigns, contests, and paid ad campaigns to boost brand awareness. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business goals. Trend Research & Innovation - Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. - Research and implement relevant hashtags, keywords, and SEO tactics to optimize content reach. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. - Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content themes. Qualifications: - Any student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. - Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), Youtube etc.). - Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and writing skills. - Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated with a passion for digital marketing. **Preferred Skills But Not Mandatory (Bonus)**: - Experience managing social accounts (personal or professional). - Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro etc). - Familiarity with analytics platforms like Meta Business Suite, YT Studio etc. - Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop or Coral. **What We Offer**: - Mentorship: Learn from experienced professionals. - Hands-on Experience: Gain valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing.
