**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely posting of content.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in brainstorming and implementing social media campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- **Analytics Monitoring**: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- **Engagement**: Respond to comments and messages from followers to foster community engagement.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance our strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to support various projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
- **Creative Skills**: Ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**: Familiarity with analytical tools to assess campaign performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Prior Experience**: Previous experience in marketing or social media is a plus but not

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
