**Role Overview**:
As a **Social Media Marketing Intern** at LawCrust, you’ll be the voice of our brand across platforms. From content planning and post creation to trend tracking and community engagement, you’ll work closely with our creative and digital teams to build a strong and consistent social presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Planning & Creation**
- Assist in developing monthly social media content calendars
- Write engaging captions and collaborate with the design team for visuals
- Create reels, stories, carousels, and posts aligned with brand tone

**Platform Management**
- Schedule, post, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

**Community Engagement**
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Engage with partner pages, influencers, and online communities to boost visibility

**Trend & Competitor Research**
- Stay on top of trending content, hashtags, and platform updates
- Research and analyze competitor content to identify opportunities for differentiation

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Assist in tracking KPIs using tools like Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports with actionable insights

**Who We're Looking For**:
✔ Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields
✔ Passionate about social media, storytelling, and digital engagement
✔ Familiar with tools like Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Business Suite
✔ Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and trends
✔ Self-motivated and proactive with a team-first attitude
✔ Must have own laptop
