**Associate - Pursuit Center of Excellence Content Team**

The Growth Advisory Content team “Associate” works as a member of GA team in Grant Thornton INDUS. The GA Content team acts as the underlying engine, supporting the GA proposals and pre-proposals team. The content team creates new pursuit materials; develops compelling stories for client-facing documents; maintains the content library and proposal automation tool, the firm’s client list & statistics, and various repositories used by the entire GA team.

The GA Content team Associate’s primary role will be to own and enhance Grant Thornton’s client list process, including maintaining the list source, responding to inquiries, conducting client list research and producing customized client lists to present finest firm qualifications. The GA Content team Associate will also update statistics, support content management and help execute custom sales deliverables for initial sales meetings.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Proactive research on clients and substantiate third party lists
- Research Russell and Fortune lists against Grant Thornton industry and service line client lists
- Do niche industry client research, list maintenance and update customer relationship management (CRM) tool and other systems
- Create and maintain master client list using multiple data sources
- Research and maintain U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) audit, confidential client list, and others as requested
- Manage requests for client list research, including global requests for member firms
- Conduct detailed client list research for proposal and pre-proposal teams for use in deliverables
- Update merge codes and other stats as assigned in CRM and other systems
- Drive standardization and efficiency in client list research and other processes by supporting content team with other content management related activities
- Help execute customized sales deliverables such as discussion placemats/PowerPoint decks, biography booklets, and other types of custom deliverables

**Skills**:
**Skills**
- MBA with 2 - 6 years of experience, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in research activities
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting profession service offerings a huge plus
- Understanding and knowledge of different industry sectors
- Strong aptitude for quick learning
- Knowledge of Power BI, Qvidian and Seismic is a plus, but not mandatorily required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Customer service mindset with sense of urgency
- Process improvement mindset to improve future processes
