Associate - Corporate Advisory - Bengaluru

**Experience Required**:
1.00 to 3.00 years

**Job Description**:
ASSOCIATE - Corporate Advisory - BENGALURU

Qualifications and experience:
1. A three/five
- year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record

2. At least 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in the corporate practice of a well reputed firm.

3. The following will be desirable/added advantage.
a. Overseas Master’s degree from a reputed institute
b. Qualified or pursuing chartered accountant or company secretary.

Knowledge areas:
1. Working knowledge of some of the following: company law, FEMA, FDI, SEBI and RBI regulations, Competition law and policy, Constitution, Contract Act

2. Worked as team member in Commercial Contract (Review and Drafting).

3. Able to understand a brief for opinion and provide the research for the same.

4. Able to work in assigned areas of a legal due diligence and understanding of the priority areas for review.

5. Able to deliver work product within specified timelines including in case of tight deadlines.

6. Up to date knowledge of on various corporate laws.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Eager to learn, good team player
3. Analytical ability
4. Good turnaround time, detailed oriented
5. Tech savvy, able to use the computer efficiently
6. Excellent research skills, writes articles, papers, and contributes to KM
7. High level of integrity, honesty, and commitment to work ethics

**Minimum Criteria**:
At least 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in the corporate practice of a well reputed firm
