**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Tracking all inquiry and ensuring timely Quotation (Prime KRA).
- Responsible to submit projection list to execution team (Prime KRA).
- To promote business in similar kind of Industry.
- Regular follow-up for taking orders (Prime KRA).
- Sending mails to new prospective customers and existing customers.
- Keep Track for targeted sales V/S actual achieved sales (Prime KRA).
- Timely submission of reports.
- List of lost order in a month with reason (Prime KRA).
- To check that no inquiry is left unattended (any product)
- Tracking of all Umang’s PO if they are registered in ERP or not.
- Handling telephonic enquiries & queries.
- Itemized projection list submission on every Saturday.
- Tracking each and every mail id (common), so no inquiries are attended.
- Insure response to standard inquiry in 30 minutes and non
- standard within 24 hrs. TAT.
- Tele Calling.
- Promotion
- Customer relation
- Customer Satisfaction Index
- Product Feedback.
- New lead generation (visit request to marketing team).
- Competitor info.
- Revival of old customers/ Grievance Handling.
