**Job Description And Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be involved in the following key responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visit, networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their IT and marketing needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Understanding Client Requirement: Understanding the client's business goals to offer customized solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive products to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, and senior management to align client requirements with the company's service offerings.
- Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline status, and client feedback reports for management.
**Required Skills**:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and offer strategic digital marketing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Understanding of sales funnel management.
