Our mission is to create seamless, persistent, and affordable healthcare solutions. We are looking for a **Telesales Executive**to join our growing team.
**Job description**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products/services.
- Follow up on leads, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to potential customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing detailed information about our devices and their benefits.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Clinical, Production and Customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities and communicate to the management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.
**Essential experience and requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and resilient.
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with individuals diagnosed with patients and their families.
**Location : IIT Bombay, Mumbai**
**Working mechanism : In-person**

- Mon-Sat 10 AM-6PM**
Pay: ₹8,466.03 - ₹29,583.10 per month
