Sales Officer Experienced

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving the sales of our furniture products by identifying potential customers, developing relationships, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of the furniture market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as networking, industry events, and referrals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that cater to their requirements.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's furniture products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market developments.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to counteract competition.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

- Competitive base salary plus commission.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
