Position Details

  • Designation: Sales Officer / Sales Executive
  • Department: Traded Goods (Safety Accessories)
  • Location: Nagpur
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell safety accessories and welding-related products.
  • Visit dealers and retailers across Nagpur and nearby areas.
  • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships and retail network.
  • Identify project opportunities and follow up on inquiries.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective field engagement and technical selling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
  • Ensure extensive travel within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
  • Experience: 2–5 years in retail sales of industrial products (preferably safety gear or welding accessories)
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively using a personal vehicle
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
