**JOB DESCRIPTION SALES OFFICER**

**Job Title**: Sales Officer - parekh brother’s jewellers

**Location**: nagpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and strategic customer engagement.
- Promote a wide range of jewellery products to customers, including gold, silver, diamonds, and other precious stones.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable jewellery items.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and brand loyalty.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences, style, and budget.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest jewellery trends, collections, and product features.
- Ensure that the store’s jewellery displays are visually appealing and organized according to brand guidelines.
- Provide accurate and informative details about product specifications, care, and warranty information.
- **Sales Reporting & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels.
- Assist in stock-taking and ensure that inventory levels are adequate for daily sales requirements.
- Report sales performance and suggest improvements to enhance overall store operations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and achieve team objectives.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff, ensuring they align with company values and sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to present products in a compelling manner.
- Knowledge of the jewellery industry, including precious metals, gemstones, and current trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for meeting sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in English, hindi, marathi
- Previous experience in customer service or luxury goods sales.
- Familiarity with sales software or POS systems.
