**Role Summary**:
The Paper Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the paper industry. This role involves identifying and building relationships with potential clients, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Paper Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and work towards business development goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the paper industry.
**2.** Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
**3.** Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**4.** Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our paper products.
**5.** Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
**6.** Collaborate with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and meet customer expectations.
**7.** Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management on a regular basis.
**8.** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
**9.** Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions to promote our paper products and establish a strong presence in the market.
**10.** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the paper industry or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver sales pitches and maintain long-term relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
