**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their software needs, and promoting our services to drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our Loyal ERP software solutions.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and presenting relevant offerings.
- Maintain and update a lead database; follow up regularly.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Track sales activities and report performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Goal-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary of ₹11,000 per month with performance-based incentives while completing the target of 15,000 per month.
- First 1 Months will be probation period, after three months based on performance job offer and fixed salary will be provided.
- Monday to Friday work schedule, with one day leave per month.
- 10am to 4pm working hours.
- Work-from-home flexibility.
