Sales Executive (Hair Transplant Clinic)

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition:

- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (online, offline, referrals).
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and expectations.
- Provide detailed information about hair transplant procedures, costs, and benefits.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively.
- Sales Process:

- Guide clients through the sales funnel, from initial contact to post-procedure follow-up.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms to maximize revenue.
- Close deals and secure bookings for hair transplant procedures.
- Relationship Building:

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive rapport.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
- Marketing and Promotion:

- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
- Teamwork:

- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth coordination of procedures.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A passion for helping people and a positive attitude.
- A strong understanding of the hair transplant industry (preferred).

Salary - 15,000 to 22,000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
