**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication and fit.
- Build relationships with colleges, placement officers, and training institutes for bulk hiring.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives (walk-ins, job fairs, webinars).
- Provide weekly hiring status reports to HR Manager and senior management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to meeting targets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Experience in **campus hiring** or **mass recruitment for entry-level roles** will be an added advantage.

**Reporting To**:
HR Manager

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary based on experience

**Work Environment**:

- 6-day working (Mon-Sat), Saturday Half day and Work from Home.
- On-site, as per business requirements
- Opportunity to grow into HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist roles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
