Scheduling / Planning

**1) Maintaining minimum Inventory Level**: Considering space constraint Maintaining minimum inventory of RM & FG.

**2) On Time delivery**: Co-ordination with Sales, Production to Achieve on time delivery.

3) On Time system transactions, starts from GRN to Material issue to production.

**4) Management Reports**: Preparation of Weekly, Monthly reports & regular Feedback to the Management.

Store Functions

5) Manage Over all warehouse activities including Raw Material Receipt, Material Storage, Raw Material issue, Inventory management, MIS, and Inventory Audit.

6) Responsible for Material Storage System - Defining locations for all in warded material with specific numbering & barcodes for easy to storage material & easy to identify through system to avoid errors & save picking time. Monitoring this system regularly.

7) Timely complete all system entries after each physical movement done in the warehouse.

8) Timely close all discrepancies in Material receipt.

9) Follow standard warehouse practices in the warehouse. Maintain 5S in the warehouse.

10) FIFO, Shelf-life monitoring, and preservation

11) Preparations and fulfilments of all records for IATF, EMS & customer Audits.

12) Review daily Cycle Count reports & update the results in system. Verify reasons of difference in cycle count.

13) Monthly Inventory check and ensure match the Inventory as per system record.

14) Packaging proposal and finalization for new projects.

15) Participating in problem solving techniques E.G.,8D, WHY WHY.

Logistics & SAP Functions

1) Co-ordination with purchase team and Suppliers for timely availability of RM to avoid production stoppage.

2) Manpower planning for loading & unloading vehicles.

3) Co-ordination with Sales & Billing for Invoicing & making arrangement for required documents/ form for dispatches.

4) Co-ordination with scrap dealers for regular disposition of scrap.

5) To Create Master Data, Material Master & Customer Master in SAP at India plant level.

6) To Support shop floor SAP end users for SAP transactions.

7) Co-ordination with Outsource Agency and Overseas Prettl SAP team for system related issues.

**Ø Principal activities**:
8) To receive materials as per purchase order.

9) To refuse to inward the material if it is not supplied with proper documents / excise copy / TC / DC, etc. and in improper packing, damaged packing etc.

10) To demand the excess material back and take the decision on stopping the further supplies if material is not properly accounted for the vendor.
Knowledge of documents required for import and export, and for domestic dispatches.

Knowledge skills for SAP MM/ WM/ SD module

Communication skills to handle Customs authority and customers

Inventory level monitoring skills
