**Work Profile Details**

We are looking for a dynamic **Communication & Soft Skills Trainer** to help students enhance their **personality, communication, and employability skills** to improve their placement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging **soft skills and communication training** sessions for students.
- Develop and deliver training programs covering **interview preparation, public speaking, body language, confidence building, and professional etiquette.**:

- Help students enhance their **spoken English, articulation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- Provide **resume-building guidance** and **mock interview sessions** to boost placement readiness.
- Create an interactive learning environment through **role-playing, case studies, and real-world scenarios.**:

- Assess students' progress and provide **constructive feedback for improvement.**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and **modify training content** accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in **English, Communication, HR, Psychology, or related fields.**:

- **2+ years of experience** as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Coach, or Faculty.
- Strong command of **spoken and written English.**:

- Passion for **mentoring and guiding students** to improve their confidence and employability.
- Experience in conducting **mock interviews and resume-building workshops** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **corporate communication and professional grooming standards.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
