_**Urgent requirement of a Soft Skills Trainer for a renowned Educational and Training Institution: -**_

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Training the aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness all modules will be readily available).**

**2. Post placement counselling of aspirants.**

**3. Support the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants.**

**4. Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.**

**5. Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module**

**6. Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.**

**Salary - 15K - 18K**

**Work area - Hooghly and Howrah - 3 Training Centres**

**Interview Location - Saltlake Sector - 1**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bidhan Nagar - 700064, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Soft Skill Training: 2 years (required)
