Operations Coordinator

Follow up on internal tasks, pending actions, and ensure timely closures
- Maintain and update coordination trackers, meeting notes, and status reports
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, calls, and reviews
- Ensure smooth flow of communication and information sharing across teams
- Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate with field staff for status updates and support requests
- Support management in monitoring task progress and bottlenecks
- Raise alerts for delays or unaddressed item
**Client Coordinator Requirements**:
- High school diploma/ Graduation.
- A degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
