**Job Summary**:
The Process Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining processes within the MDO department to ensure efficient operations and optimal performance. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing workflow, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the MDO department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for improved performance.
- Maintain accurate records of processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on departmental processes and procedures.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on cross-functional projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate process performance and improvement strategies to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven experience in process coordination or project management, preferably in a vocational training or skill development context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
