Business Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings — including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Liaise with departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Assist in planning and execution of business events, reviews, and travel logistics.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records for easy retrieval.
- Support daily administrative operations to enhance executive productivity.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum **1-5 years of experience** as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, co-ordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience supporting senior management or leadership roles preferred.
- Exposure to fast-paced corporate or startup environments will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
