**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Understand and update all customer requirements in detail and maintain records in **SFDC (CRM system)**.
- Guide customers to the **Closing Manager** or the concerned department for further assistance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and create a positive first impression for the company.
- Ensure the reception/guest area is welcoming and well-maintained at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing/guest relations roles (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills** in English & Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a **pleasing personality** and **good dressing sense**.
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems (SFDC knowledge will be an advantage).
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
