**Purchase Executive**

**Exp: 2-3 yrs**

**Purpose**:
To achieve a) on-time acquisition of materials’ required b) acquisition of quality materials within budget frame

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Materials Acquisition**

1. Understanding the materials required from the production team

2. If any specific order comes, based on their customers’ need materials are purchased

3. Generating Purchase order based on materials required by comparing at least 3 vendors

4. Getting the PO approval from Director

5. Sending the PO to vendors for acquiring the materials’ required

**Inventory Maintenance**

1. Maintaining the materials’ stock available and entering in Excel Sheet

2. Understanding the most needed materials which is used on regular basis from Production team and plan to purchase those materials to store in inventory within allocated budget

3. Providing inputs to stocks availability to Accountant for preparing stock statements

**Vendor Management**

1. Creating vendors list by getting materials details and its pricing

2. Checking the materials quality from different vendors and selecting the top 3 vendors where you get quality materials within the budgets

3. For different materials, minimum 3 vendors must be maintained

4. Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with

5. Managing any SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the suppliers and the company

**Other Responsibilities**:
1. Punching GRN when the any materials received

2. Coordinating with Accounts team for on - time payments for the vendor

3. Implementing systems & process

4. Submitting daily, weekly, monthly report to Directors

5. Performing other works assigned by MD

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
