Urgent requirements for Customer care Associate in one of corporate company in Mumbai location

Qualification
- HSC/Graduation

Location - Mira road to Bandra

Job profile - Customer care associate ( Driver cum promoter)

Salary - 22k in hand ctc 25k

Shift timing
- 9 am to 6 pm (Mon - Sat)

Age
- up to 42
- Route Planning and Driving: Drive the mobile payment kiosks to various pre-designated

locations according to the operational route plan.
- Customer Assistance: Guide customers in using the kiosks for bill payments, assist with

queries, and provide customer service.
- Transaction Handling: Ensure all payments, including cash and digital, are processed

accurately and recorded per AEML's operational guidelines.
- Promote Services: Actively promote online transactions, digital services, and opt-in

services to customers to encourage digital payment adoption.
- Customer Feedback: Collect feedback and suggestions from customers to improve

service quality and enhance user experience.
- Cash and Equipment Handling: Safeguard cash, cheques, and other kiosk equipment

during operations.
- Operational Reporting: Report any operational challenges, issues, or concerns to the

supervisor in a timely manner.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the kiosk van,

including basic maintenance and vehicle upkeep.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to all operational safety standards and policies during the

operation.

Daily Reporting: Driver-Cum-Promoters must report their daily activities, including

customer feedback, issues encountered, and cash handling details.
- Issue Reporting: Any technical, operational, or safety issues should be reported

immediately to the supervisor or designated team member for resolution.
- Escalation Process: For any critical or unresolved issues, escalation to the senior

management or vendor should be done promptly.

In case of any violations (e.g., loss of cash, vehicle damage, or disciplinary issues), the designated penalties will be levied, and recovery actions will be initiated as per the guidelines outlined in the SLA.
- Recovery Process: For any loss or damage, a formal recovery process will be initiated,

and the vendor will be responsible for full compensation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
