**Job Title**: Logistics Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Incharge will oversee and manage the transportation, distribution, and coordination of goods and services. The role involves collaborating with third-party logistics providers, scheduling vehicles efficiently, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with GST and other accounting requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
- Plan, organize, and schedule logistics vehicles for daily operations.
- **Supply Chain Management (SCM)**:

- Monitor the supply chain process to ensure efficient movement of goods from origin to destination.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- **Scheduling & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain schedules for vehicles, including route optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, transportation schedules, and goods received/delivered.
- **Accounting and Compliance**:

- Handle GST-related documentation and filing.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and maintain proper accounting records.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the company and logistics service providers.
- Update internal teams on delivery schedules and any changes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in logistics planning and scheduling software.
- Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and tax compliance.
- **Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Prior experience dealing with third-party logistics providers is preferred.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with transportation regulations and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting tools.

**Work Environment**:

- This role may involve working under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
