**Job Description - Packing Incharge**

**Position**: Packing Incharge **Location**: Kalher **Department**: Production / Operations **Reporting To**: Production Manager / Factory Head

**Job Summary**:
The Packing Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing all packing operations to ensure timely, accurate, and quality packaging of finished goods. The role involves team management, maintaining packing materials inventory, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily packing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor the quality of packing to prevent damages, defects, or discrepancies.
- Ensure all products are packed as per company and client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of packed goods, stock movement, and packaging material consumption.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Plan manpower and allocate work to packing staff for optimum utilization.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the packing area.
- Track packaging material inventory, raise requisitions, and minimize wastage.
- Implement and follow SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.
- Train and motivate packing staff to improve performance and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Minimum Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
- Experience: 3-7 years in packing operations, preferably in garments, têxtiles, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of packing standards, materials, and handling procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP for maintaining reports will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
